Welcome to Travelmate Portal. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.
All subscriptions are billed via credit card through a secure payment gateway. Subscriptions auto-renew based on the selected plan unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize Travelmate Portal to automatically charge your credit card at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually depending on your plan). After each successful charge, a detailed receipt will be sent to your registered email address for your records.
If your payment fails, we will notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again. Your access to the service may be paused if payment cannot be completed after multiple attempts.
You may upgrade your subscription at any time. Upon upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference between your current and new plans for the remaining billing cycle.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
If you wish to return after cancellation, simply log in and re-subscribe using any of our available plans.
Your membership will continue until terminated. To use the service you must have Internet access, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
